Return & Exchange Policy
At bellaTec, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and clothing labels must be attached.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@bellatec.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- Pack your items securely and include the original packing slip.
- Ship the return package to the provided address.
Exchanges:
- If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Please email admin@bellatec.com for exchanges. All exchange shipping costs should be covered by the purchaser.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@bellatec.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
